myLPFM v3.6 Help from REC Networks

REC Account Information

Feature avaialble for all myLPFM users.

This page inquires the REC internal work flow system so stations can query on any current or past work performed by REC Networks.

This page can be accessed by clicking on the icon money bag icon on the left menu.

REC accounts are based on the facility level. Therefore, if an LPFM station was assigned, transactions from the previous owner will still show.

Work Orders

This tab shows a list of all past REC order numbers associated with this facility, the status of the work order and amount billed.

Payment History

Shows billing account history with REC for payments that are directly associated with work orders.

A single payment will show up three times:

  • First, the payment being received through PayPal or through another method and applied to the facility.
  • Second, the balance being moved off of the facility account.
  • Third, the balance being applied to fund the work order.

Other payments to REC such as donations are not directly related to a work order and will not reflect here.

Only payments directly related towards a work order can be considered as 'REC Spend' for the purpose of expanded access to myLPFM.
