myLPFM v3.5 Help from REC Networks

Station Information

Station Information can be accessed by clicking the eye icon icon on the left menu.

There are two tabs, Station Information and Applications Filed.

Station Information

Feature avaialble for all myLPFM users.

This display includes information about the station's licensed facility including the station's status, the licensee name and mailing address as well as some basic technical parameters. This information is based on the station's licensed facility and does not reflect any pending or granted construction permit applications for a modification of the facility. There are also links to the station's license authorization document and most recent renewal authorization document (if the station has been through a renewal).

If the station has changed their mailing address from the one listed, an Administrative Update should be filed with the FCC. For assistance on this, you may contact REC Networks or make the request through the REC EZ Form.

Client users can check for potential parameters to operate hybrid IBOC digital (HD RadioTM) by clicking the Check for potential digital ERP link.

2020 Census Block Data

Feature avaialble for all myLPFM users.

This tab includes data previously gathered by REC based on the 2020 US Census data from the area within the 60 dBu service contour of the LPFM station. This data includes the population, the communities, counties, urbanized areas and Nielsen Audio markets served as well as demographic data (race and ethnicity) as reported by the US Census Bureau.

Applications Filed

Feature avaialble for all myLPFM users.

This tab shows all applications that have been filed to the FCC on behalf of this facility. This is also the same application information that shows on the station's Voluntary Public Inspection File.

Application data comes from CDBS and LMS raw data and is usually updated the business day after the application or any action on the application takes place.

PACE Criteria

Feature avaialble for all myLPFM users.

The REC PACE program encourages LPFM station compliance and participation by recognizing those stations that provide a dependable and compliant service by well-experienced broadcasters.

PACE uses four main criteria to determine these stations for recognition:

  • Participation - Has the station fully participated in the Emergency Alert System National Periodic Tests conducted in the past four years of on-air licensed operation under the current ownership?
  • Availability - Has the station only been silent less than 25 percent of the time within the past four years under the current ownership?
  • Compliance - Has the station received any adverse enforcement actions within the past four years of on-air licensed operation under the current ownership?
  • Experience - Has the current organization been the licensee of the LPFM station for the past four years of on-air licensed operation?

The PACE tab shows a station's status under each criterion and provides details on which records were used to reach this conclusion.
